Although the last few episodes of Seaon 45 have been filmed remotely with the Zoom-based episodes, Michaels himself has assured that the show will be filmed in front of a limited audience of the studio.
Michaels explained, “We need the audience, of course. With comedy, when you don’t hear the response, it’s different. With the kind of comedy we present, which is often widespread, the timing is thrown out without an audience.” “And for me, the most important thing is when you’re totally sure of a piece on Wednesday, and then the rehearsal audience sees it on Saturday and tells you you’re wrong … I think we’re back and the performance of the show is going to – I hate using the word” normal life “- but it’s something It represents the part of our lives that return, in whatever way it ends up returning. So, the material issues of doing that – the number of people that were in the studio, the number of people that could be in the control room, and how the band separated so that they were in no danger – These are all part of the meetings we had. “
