The New Hampshire Department of Health and Human Services announced 457 new positive COVID-19 test results Saturday for a positive PCR test rate of 5.5%. Three hundred and thirty-six of these cases began as of Saturday, and there are still more being treated and 121 cases from the previous days, and seven more people in the state have died from the virus. They were all 60 and over. Six are linked to a long-term care facility. Saturday’s numbers include 371 people who tested positive for the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test and 86 people who tested positive for the antigen test. There are currently 4,545 people in New Hampshire who have been infected with COVID-19. There are 146 people in New Hampshire hospitals being treated for COVID-19, and since the start of the pandemic, 24,138 people have been diagnosed with the virus. 79% of them recovered.
