Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia Rumors circulated about the iPhone 13, including the design that Apple holds and the launch schedule. The latest report seems to confirm the timing of the Apple iPhone launch in September 2021.

September is always the time when Apple releases the latest iPhone every year. However, due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, in 2020, Apple postponed the release of iPhone 12 for one month.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gorman reports that Apple plans to produce 90 million iPhone13 units. This number increased significantly from the previous year, as the company ordered only 75 million units of the latest iPhone series at the initial launch of the iPhone 12 series.

Apple’s mass production suggests that the launch of the latest series of iPhones will take place in mid-September, and if that happens, Apple will return to its tradition by releasing its latest products in September.

A separate report earlier this year said that the iPhone 13 will be launched in the third week of September. The probability is September 14 but it could also be September 24 depending on the time of the previous release, quoted by BGR, Saturday (17/7/2021).

At the moment, the world is experiencing a shortage of chips, but this does not prevent Apple from mass production of the latest series of iPhones. Apple is a major customer of TSMC, which makes special A- and M-series chips for iPhone, iPad and Mac, and will likely take priority.

The iPhone 13 is expected to have four variants. It consists of screens measuring 5.4 inches and 6.1 inches and the Pro Series 6.1 inches and 6.7 inches. Bloomberg reports that one of the iPhone 13 models will use an LTPO display and support a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Apple previously used the technology on your Apple Watch to enable the Always On feature.

Other news also indicates that the iPhone 13 will have a smaller notch. It is also possible that the degree will shrink further in the next year.
