Tomahawk, Wisconsin (WSAW) – A Central Wisconsin woman left her 10-year career in corporate America to become the best version of herself. She has inspired people all over the world to do the same with her bestselling book in the United States, Canada and the Netherlands. It’s called “loyalty”.
It was also a bestseller in the UK, Spain and India.
“I embarked on a journey to help people in my community,” says author Kristi Davis.
Instead of inspiring others with her book, she goes to a resort that she and her husband own. People came from as far away as California and the country to enjoy the serenity.
“This property has become a piece of heaven for people. They come here and run and run,” Davis said.
During the decline, people learn to eat healthy through plant foods. They can also practice yoga and meditation and talk to Davis about their business goals to create a business plan.
Davis loves to help people set up their own businesses, and she mentors people almost all over the world.
Staying at the resort aims to help people refresh their mindset.
“We all feel stuck in not understanding the purpose of our lives,” Davis said.
Davis said she felt stuck before she even started the resort. She reached the peak of her weight and was not satisfied with her life. She was nervous from work and was not satisfied with her life.
She decided to quit her job and start her passion. She lost 115 pounds and completely changed the way she thinks. She now continues to inspire and help others do the same.
“It’s beyond eating, it’s beyond moving your body, it’s really in line with the way we talk to ourselves,” Davis said.
Tammy Day, one of the clients, was skeptical at first. She said she had been overweight her whole life.
“I was like no, this is not going to work, I would never do this,” Day said.
About nine months ago, I decided to seek help from Davis. She started eating vegan and worked closely with Davis to come up with an individual plan that worked for her.
“In the first six weeks I lost 25 pounds,” Day said.
She said Davis helped her realize that she had been telling herself stories about herself that hadn’t been true her whole life and that she needed to change her outlook on life.
“It’s about a complete life change,” Day said.
Davis’ book is available for free on Kindel and Audible. The book will also be available at local stores and libraries. You also donate it to local schools. You can also buy it in paperback on Amazon.
