DC’s Stargirl Director Lea Thompson Previews Shiv Part One

DC’s Stargirl, The CW’s strike superhero collection, is all about legacy. From the new generation of heroes choosing up from the slain Justice Society to casting actors from ’80s classics like E.T. star Henry Thomas, the ethos infuses every single pore of Stargirl creator Geoff Johns’ display. And that perception of legacy carries on with tonight’s hour, “Shiv Component One particular,” which finds none other than Again to the Potential star Lea Thompson directing the episode.

“I actually screened Back to the Future for the entire cast and crew, before we even commenced capturing, so that they understood, tonally, this is exactly where we want to are living,” Johns explained to Decider a few weeks back again. When we informed Thompson about this, she laughed.
