James was walking down the street up the Lower East Side of Manhattan in the middle of the day. Police arrested him after receiving a report at a nearby McDonald’s. Police Commissioner Kishant Sewell said the arrest was made in the middle of the street without difficulty.

Police have not yet confirmed the motive for the bloody shooting. The first priority was to track down James. Now we look at the reason. His social media channels are also being investigated. James maintained a YouTube channel where he gave the long speeches. The police had indicated earlier that they were not responsible for terrorism.

“We got it,” the mayor of New York announced his arrest. He praised the work of the police and other services involved. Hundreds of officers have been deployed since the shooting. “We were able to make his world very small very quickly,” Commissioner Sewell said. “He couldn’t go any further.”

James appears to have been arrested nine times before between 1992 and 1998, for burglary and theft, among other things. He is said to have legally purchased his pistol in Ohio in 2011.

Twenty people were injured in a rush hour shooting on a subway car in Brooklyn. The perpetrator wore a gas mask, threw two smoke bombs into a subway car and fired 33 shots. He is now facing a life sentence.
