Thanks to his victory on Sunday in Baku, Max Verstappen is the youngest driver in Formula 1 to win at least 25 Grands Prix. The 24-year-old Dutchman broke the record from four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel.
Verstappen will count the 24y 255d on Sunday as Vettel was 25 years 103 days old on his 25th Grand Prix victory (in 2012 in South Korea). The Dutchman scored his first win of 2016 in Spain, four months before his 19th birthday.
With his 25th victory, Verstappen is joint ninth on the list of Formula 1 drivers with the most wins. Jim Clark and Niki Lauda have also won 25 Grand Prix.
