Mom can finally show off her matchmaking talent on Tinder! The new “Matchmaker” feature allows friends and family to choose potential love candidates for you.
The time has finally come – Tinder now lets your mom show off her skills as a flirting expert. Matchmaker’s newest feature lets family and friends participate in your love life without needing their own account.
Family Tinder Game: Mom as Messenger of Love
The way it works is very simple: you invite your loved ones to choose your best match from Tinder. They will then receive a list of potential love candidates which they can proudly present to you. Then you can swipe left or right depending on whether you like the suggestions or not. But be careful, your mother may have different ideas than you.
No account, no worries: Family takes charge of your Tinder adventure for 24 hours
Don’t worry, you won’t have to deal with tedious formalities like having your own account. A special link is enough to put you in the evil hands of your loved ones for 24 hours. After all, who knows you better than your family when it comes to your love affairs? Well, let the swiping begin! Tinder Matchmaker will be rolling out to Tinder users around the world in the coming months.
- A Tinder Matchmaker session can be started directly from the profile card or from the app settings. Users can then share their individual link with up to 15 friends within 24 hours.
- By following the link, you can either log in to Tinder or continue as a guest (after verifying age and agreeing to Tinder’s terms of service).
- You then have 24 hours to play Cupid before the matchmaker session ends. In session, you can recommend profiles, but you can’t like or send messages.
- Once the session expires, Tinder users will see recommendations. Profiles that received a ‘Like’ from the matchmaker will be flagged accordingly (nothing will change for profiles that received a ‘No’).
