According to Eurostar, British rail operator Network Rail now has enough of the situation under control to be able to use a single tunnel tube. The transport company warns of delays in the morning due to the enforcement of speed limits and congestion at stations as well.
Eurostar canceled a total of 41 trains on Saturday, leaving about 30,000 passengers stranded. The company says it will help affected passengers at the stations. They can rebook their journey to another Eurostar train, travel by alternative means of transport or receive a refund for their train ticket, the company said. Eurostar refers passengers to the website for this and most up-to-date information.
