It appears from the latest media reports that there is a problem at the mountain station. A technician came out and it took a while before everything was normal again.

The ski lift operator then reported that there had been a technical error in the operating system. The gondola lift stopped for about an hour. The problem was resolved and all guests and employees were transferred to Al Wadi station. “At no time was there any risk to the safety of our guests and staff.”
