With a total of zero penalty points, the children from Great Britain convincingly won the gold medal at the European Championships in Kronenberg. Belgium and Spain competed in the jumping competition for the remaining two team medals, after which the Belgians won silver and the Spanish riders took bronze. The Dutch team finished thirteenth.
After three events, the British had managed to keep the record completely clean. They were the only nation to achieve this result, and they deservedly won the gold medal. Belgium and Spain each had 8 penalties, meaning that the jump between these two nations had to decide silver and bronze. The Belgians won that battle.
Netherlands 13
The Dutch team of national coach Edwin Hoogenraat, consisting of Leif Linsen with Sini WZ (by Comme el Vout), Stella Heijligers with Cersei de la Haye (by Norman Bree Noir), Maike Lusink with Jalopke Z (by Gedam Son), Joep Schaap with Lfalke (by Harley VDL) and Miienie Vos with Don Diablo (by Vaillant) did not make it to today's team final. The best eleven nations from the first two parts were allowed to start. After these two parts, the Netherlands were in thirteenth place out of the twenty participating nations.
Linsen and Higgles
In the provisional individual classification, Liv Linsen and Stella Heggelegers occupy the top ten. Both riders share eighth place with four penalties.
