A chance of slipperiness in the morning and a rise in temperatures due to warm air weather forecast

The day starts out very cold. As the air is also humid this morning, there will likely be slippery conditions locally, Weeronline reports. From the end of the morning, clouds move over the country from the north, causing temperatures to rise slightly.

This morning it is still clear and freezing across the country. Also because it is wet, it can be slippery. There is a chance of fog forming in the northeast, while the rest of the country will remain sunny in the morning. Winds blow north-easterly, weak to moderate speed.

At the end of the morning, more and more clouds appear from the north, which slowly spread over the rest of the country in the afternoon. Because the winds change and bring in warmer air, the temperature rises. It will be between 2 and 5 degrees in most parts of the country.

It will take a long time before the clouds reach the southeast of the country. The temperature there will likely remain below freezing throughout the day (about -5 degrees). If cloud fields form there tonight, temperatures will rise toward the freezing point.
