When Russian forces attacked the site in early March, a fire broke out at the nuclear power plant. Since then, two of the five power cables supplying the power plant and one transformer have failed.
The International Atomic Energy Agency also said on Wednesday that it had lost direct contact with the power plant in Ukraine.
