Sandrink, who has publicly fought a private feud with his ex-wife Brigitte van Eegten and dragged his companies into it, has been at odds with Centric for years.
After he began a relationship with self-proclaimed cyber expert Ryan van Rijbroek (they are now married), van Eijten was accused of fraud, among other things. She then sued him for defamation. The judge then ordered Sandrink to pay large fines because he continued to make accusations.
Centric Holding is now managed by chairman Peter Wacke. “With this agreement, Centric is definitely entering calmer waters,” Wacke said earlier.
