Passengers of a few incoming flights at Eindhoven Airport will have to wait longer on Saturday before they can disembark. The airport is once again experiencing a malfunction in the baggage handling system.
A spokesperson for Eindhoven Airport confirmed this after reporting by Brabant broadcast.
Due to the holidays, the baggage must be handled manually. Travelers wishing to depart from Eindhoven Airport are also affected by the outage.
The airport spokesperson reported that hard work is being done to resolve the glitch, but could not yet say how long that would take.
It is certainly the second time in a month that the baggage handling system at Eindhoven Airport has failed.
