This handsome head is not only a model, but also a proud mother of her son. For the first time in history, mothers and women over 28 were allowed to participate, proving that motherhood and a shiny crown go well together.
Mother, role model and miss
Back in the day, no one would have thought you could combine motherhood with being Miss Universe. But in 2024, we’ve thankfully thrown that old idea to the wind. Faith has shown that being a mom can also be a successful career. Her 2-year-old son, Ace, and her husband enjoy traveling with her to her modeling gigs. And in between ironing crowns and changing diapers, Faith also runs her own photography business. Multitasking at its finest, right?
Miss Universe Mexico
Now that Faith has won Miss Universe Netherlands, expectations are high for the grand competition in Mexico. We haven’t managed to make it into the top 20 in the past 10 years, but with Faith that seems to be changing. Her online popularity among Miss World fans is unprecedented, thanks in part to her eighth-place finish at Miss Earth in 2017. In that time, she’s already beaten more than 84 countries, and now that she’s seven years older and wiser, we’re expecting nothing less than fireworks. With her charm, experience and determination, we’re confident she’ll make a name for herself in Mexico.
