2. Fill the bottle about two-thirds full with water.
3. Place the bottle in the refrigerator and wait until its contents are completely frozen.
4. Place the frozen bottle at the highest point in the room, such as a cabinet or shelf.
5. Bonus: Place the bottle in front of a fan to better distribute the cool air throughout the room.
