Caribbean Netherlands Digital Mailbox Active

Kralendijk – Launched on 1 July 2024, BerichtenboxCN is a digital mailbox for government services in the Caribbean Netherlands. The app gives users the opportunity to receive government messages quickly, securely and always at hand.

The Dutch Caribbean Tax Authorities are the first government service to use BerichtenboxCN. Users receive messages such as tax return invitations, assessments, payment reminders and requests for additional information directly in their digital mailbox. Even if you are not based in the Dutch Caribbean all year round, the messages are still available to you via the app.

The Message BoxCN service will start with messages from the tax department of the tax authorities, with the collection department to be added later. The plan is to expand the Message BoxCN service in the future with messages from other government services.

To use the app, you need a MyCN account, a bed number and a smartphone or tablet. The app is compatible with both Android and IOS devices, including older versions of these systems.
