You can get a full version Windows Cleanup and Configuration Tool for free for a short time at pcwelt.de. Cleaning Suite helps you analyze your Windows system and detect performance brakes. Instructions for the full version:

After downloading, double click on csuite_pcwelt.de to start the installation process. You will now be asked to register to receive the full version. First, click on the “Register Now” link in Step 1 and complete the process. You will receive a confirmation email containing your Ascomp customer number to the email address specified. Now enter the customer number under “Step 2” in the installation window. Then click “Download full version” under “Step 3”.

Follow the additional instructions to complete the installation. When you first start Cleaning Suite PE, you will be asked to enter the customer number again. Copy this into the corresponding field and then click the Activate button. That’s it already.

With just a few clicks, you can delete temporary files, clean browser history, cache and cookies from all popular browsers and prevent installed apps and tools from starting automatically at system startup.

You can also modify the Windows registry. According to the developer, the tool is especially keen on ensuring unrestricted use of your computer even after the cleaning process. You can undo certain program actions at any time via the Restore Center. The entire cleaning history is documented in the journal.
