Looks like a villain has infiltrated Doctor Strange in the multiverse of Madness. The villain will appear on the coloring pages and puzzles created for the movie. In the image shared via Resetera, you can see Doctor Strange fighting a large octopus-like creature with a large eye in the center of its head. Previously it was hinted that Strange would face Gargantos in the second part, but now it seems that it is possible to hint more towards Shuma-Gorath.
Shuma-Gorath first appeared in Marvel Comics in 1973. He became known as an enemy of Doctor Strange. In addition to Doctor Strange, Shuma-Gorath also fought against the Fantastic Four, Avengers, Invaders, and Groot from the Guardians of the Galaxy. It was also recently seen in the episode What If…?
Shoma Gorath’s forces
Shuma-Gorath has been around since the dawn of time, so it’s a wonderful old Lovecraft Mythos. The creature was originally conceived in the 1920s. Shuma-Gorath can transform with his power into any living creature of different dimensions. In addition, he can also release energy beams from his claws and eyes.
Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness will be released in the US on May 6, 2022. Benedict Cumberbatch will return as Dr. Stephen Strange. In addition to Dr. Strange will also return Wanda Maximoff (Elizabeth Olsen) and Wong (Benedict Wong) to the MCU. The film will also feature Miss America, played by Xochitl Gomez and three other characters.
