Good news for BTech students. IT service provider Wipro, one of the IT giants, has announced a recruitment drive to recruit engineering graduates as Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs). The recruitment drive will take place at the Noida campus, Delhi. Candidates will be selected in two to three rounds. In addition to the examination, the candidate will be selected on the basis of analytical and technical skills. The selected candidate will be required to work in the System Configuration Department. The company said it would give the employee five working days. Wipro Chief Financial Officer Jatin Dalal said in an interview a few days ago that Wipro will recruit 16,000-17,000 people this year. With this arrangement, Wipro gives a major boost to beginners.

Wipro expects a total of 30,000 letters of offer, of which 22,000 new students will be hired.
