The Building Performance and HR team at Drees & Sommer Netherlands were recently expanded with Sacha Piët, Jelke Brinksma, Kirsten Schalkwijk and Floor van Dedem. We would like to introduce them briefly.
Sasha Pete He started as a Senior Project Manager/Team Leader within the Building Performance team. His knowledge and experience as Head of Business Office and Senior Project Leader provides him with an ideal foundation for this position at Drees & Sommer. Sasha chose to continue his career at Drees & Sommer “because of the great energy that everyone radiates here and the great projects,” he says.
JILK Brinksma Strengthens the building performance team as the project manager. Jelk has over 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate world, and has worked as a project manager and manager on many complex construction projects. He likes to search for the most appropriate solutions from both a technical and organizational point of view, he has a look at the details and at the same time he keeps an overview of the whole. Gilke sees his move to Drees & Sommer as a major new challenge at an internationally operating company where he can advance and expand his experience.
Kirsten Schalkwyk He is the new HR business partner within the Dreso HR team. She gained practical experience in the versatile field of human resources in secondary education. Kirsten is the (critical) sparring partner who loves to think of solutions. It has the ability to see the relationships between cause and problem and the relationship between different topics. From her profession she finds caring for people very important. This was the main reason why Kirsten wanted to work at Drees & Sommer.
Fleur van Didem He graduated last year from TU Delft, School of Architecture (in the direction of architecture) and started at Drees & Sommer as a Project Manager within the Building Performance team. She loves to work in an organized manner and impress and associate people with her professional knowledge and enthusiasm. Floor seizes the opportunity to develop further in the field of project management at Drees & Sommer with both hands. She feels right at home in the relaxed and ambitious working atmosphere of our organization.
