And they still think they are right for each other: Hasso Plattner and his former idealistic successor Punit Rengen.

A surprising turnaround at the software and cloud company: SAP replaces the preferred successor of Supervisory Board Chairman Hasso Plattner. And this is after all the praise for Puneet Renjen, who was supposed to take charge. The damage is great.
DrThe week starts with a bang at Europe's largest software company SAP. On Sunday evening, the DAX Group announced, quite unexpectedly, that Punit Renjen would not be elected as the new Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the general meeting in mid-May as planned, and would therefore succeed co-founder and father Hasso Plattner. The only reason given in the official announcement of the separation was “differences in opinions about the role.” No more.
The wide-ranging explanations pointed more specifically to the fact that a similar position in the United States, where Ringen worked for consulting firm Deloitte for 36 years, would have allowed much greater involvement in the operational business than in Germany. So the senior employees in the group are just a misunderstanding in the job description? What is this bullshit.
