Hopefully this will be Seattle Sounders’ last game against Portland Timbers in 2020. Both teams are in great shape and can make an argument that they deserve the “best of the West” title. You have to imagine that both coaches view this match as an opportunity to cement their place as the first team in the Western Conference, given that their remaining schedules feature favorable matches for both teams.

From a Sounders’ point of view, a little waking up motivation is needed for this. They are the best team. Let’s do it.
