Madeleine Witt Free can no longer be seen in the ring with the Grand Prix stallion Seinen (Vivaldi x Donnerhull). With her 15-year-old KWPN horse she has had many successes in the international GP classes. Breeding producer for owners Nico Witt and Jacqueline Cobain will continue his sporting career with young Australian contestant Jessica Dirtel.
The successful duo competed in the World Cup Finals in Omaha where they finished fifth and in Paris where they finished sixth. In addition, they were also part of the Dutch team at the European Championships in Gothenburg (2017) and at the WEG in Tryon (2018) where they finished fifth in both tournaments.
The last international competition where they could be seen was at Grote-Brogel in May last year. In addition, they also played in the national competitions without the top. There they won the grand prize at Nieuw- en Sint Joosland.
“Thank you, dear Senin, for the wonderful time we had together! World Cup Omaha and Paris, World Championship Trion, European Championship Gothenburg, Saab Top 10 Stockholm and the competition in Mallorca was the coolest competition between us together! Sometimes making decisions is hard, but knowing you can run with a young rider at a lower level in warm Australia makes a lot of good.”
