The goal of Imam Hatip School student Ismail Konak, who ranked first among high schools in Technology for Humanity and Social Innovation at TEKNOFEST, is to develop technologies that produce clean energy.

International student Murat Hudavendegar, Imam Hatip Anatolian High School student Ismail Konak, who developed the Institutional Intelligent Control System (KADSİS), received the first prize at TEKNOFEST, which he attended with his advisor, Ayşe Aylin Erdogan.
How does KADSIS work
The KADSIS device, which he developed with the system he developed and the software he wrote, which will be located at the entrance to the institutions, is distinguished by its ability to measure image, sound and temperature on it. The device, which can also query the HES code, tells whether people’s health status is precarious with the data it receives from the Ministry of Health without any outside help.

Ismail Konak, who developed the device, which is planned to carry out operations such as polling and inspection of institutions after the pandemic, has already received 14 orders from the General Directorate of Religious Education.

International student Murat Hudavendigar Anatolia Imam Hatip in the third grade of secondary Ismail Konak said that KADSİS can be used in any environment where people are.
Konak emphasized that polling and inspections will continue in institutions after COVID-19, and that he designed the software he developed for use after the pandemic:
“I was interested in software, I was doing various studies about it. I started working seriously on facial recognition technologies, and while I followed these studies, I thought that it should be used as a polling system. Together with my consulting professor, Aisha Aylin Erdogan, the idea of turning it into a project was born.” General Director of Religious Education Nivıl Yılmaz liked her very much and ordered 14 orders from the general directorates. In this direction, I worked on the second version of KADSIS in order to reduce its cost and eliminate its shortcomings, and I came up with it. ”
Expressing that he added features such as simpler interfaces and simpler usage in the second edition, Konak stated that his project also earned degrees in other competitions.

Konak explained that the workshops at the school were of great benefit in terms of self-development and project production, Konak continued as follows:
“I went to primary school in France, so I speak French. Meanwhile, I had the opportunity to improve my English by speaking and participating in discussions from the courses at our school and the activities I attended. I had a training memory for about 1.5 years. Software and AI are getting stronger Day by day.Using it in the right way, my goal is to combine innovative energies such as energy fusion and artificial intelligence and contribute to various studies in the world on this topic.I aim to provide stability and produce clean energy and abundant energy.
“11 projects received patents in 5 years”
Aisha Aylin Erdogan, the school project coordinator, said that they work on dozens of projects in the school every year and that a team of 8 people serves the whole school.
Erdogan noted that they obtained patents for 11 projects in the 5 years in which the school was opened, “We receive support from our Academic Science Board. The head of this, Dr. Mustafa Okal, and 24 academics, we are supported in many different subjects from student and teacher training to project consultancy. Our teachers support us from four different universities. Osman Gazi Mayor Mustafa Dundar is the sponsor And the sponsor for our school. We thank him very much. 92 students apply to TEKNOFEST
Expressing their encouragement for students to take projects and form project teams, Erdogan mentioned that they trained students on topics such as cyber security, unmanned aerial vehicles, coding, and robotics, and that 92 students applied for TEKNOFEST this year.

Ismail Konak’s father, Imam Ibrahim Konak also stated that his son had been interested in technology and science since he was young, and they helped him in this regard.
