The number of jobs in the Netherlands has increased almost everywhere over the past 25 years. The number of jobs fell in only 15 municipalities, according to research by the Dutch Environmental Assessment Agency, which looked at the period 1996-2022. PBL researcher Anet Weterings offers an explanation.
Formation parties PVV, VVD, NSC and BBB will meet again today under the leadership of coordinator Ronald Plasterk. A House debate on his report is expected within three weeks.
