“The highest court in our country looked at this inflammatory violation of our electoral process,” Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said on Twitter.

The lawsuit in Texas argued that changes made by the four states to voting procedures amid the pandemic to expand mail-order voting were illegal.
Paxton said in a statement, “It is regrettable that the Supreme Court decided not to consider this case and determine the constitutionality of the failure of these four states to follow the federal election law and state law.”
Trump and several of his fellow Republicans have made unfounded allegations that the expansion of mail-order voting during the coronavirus pandemic led to Biden winning fraudulently in the election battlefield states.
State election officials said they found no evidence of fraud. Trump’s attorneys and allies failed to present evidence in court of the type of fraud they claimed.
Democrats and other critics accused Trump of seeking to shatter public belief in the integrity of the US election and sabotage American democracy by trying to undermine the will of the electorate.
Trump’s advisers inside and outside the White House have long succumbed to the defeat of Trump, even as the fictional president has sought to reverse the results. Trump has refused to waive the election, and advisers expect him to continue.
Trump’s top legal advisers, Rudy Giuliani and Gina Ellis, have said that the president’s legal remedies have not been exhausted and that they will continue to work to nullify the election before January 6, when Congress officially adopts the Electoral College results.
