The oldest city in Switzerland
Jani and Andre’s train journey takes a beautiful route to the oldest city in Switzerland: Chur. There they pass through the stunning Rheinschlucht. Grand Canyon in Switzerland. An amazing trip takes Janie and Andrei to the Arosa winter sports resort. There the duo joins the Alphorn players in rehearsal and Janie makes real Swiss cheese fondue.

But it does not come from moving during such long sitting. Janie has found something about it. Better yet, Olga Komandor found something about it: Switzerland in motion. Olga has a number of simple exercises that Jani and Andrei can do while on the train. This is not going completely smoothly.
