Destiny 2Bungie announced that the annual Halloween event, Festival Of The Lost, will return next week.
The developer has detailed all the changes made to the game in a blog post, including the return of fan favorite activities, new loot and more. Like previous Festival Of The Lost events, players will be required to speak to Eva Levante, who is in the tower, before they are allowed to join this year’s celebrations. We’ll pass on to players a new Halloween mask, a new mission, and access to the haunted forest.
Bungie also released a new trailer in the lead up to the event’s release on October 6. Gameplay footage shows what players can expect when they start playing Festival Of The Lost next week, from returning fan favorites, new loot and more.

The Haunted Forest has received some updates this time. Players can obtain special decoders from The Spider in order to access their private caches every time they visit Haunted Forest. Up to five caches will be available for players to unlock on each visit. It will contain items such as Marks Legend Gear.
Bungie is also set to release next Destiny 2 expansion, Beyond the light, In the coming months. The update will be the beginning of the developer’s roadmap for the future of the game, as they will continue to build on the foundations Destiny 2 Instead of working on a supplement.
Fate 2: Beyond the Light It is currently scheduled for release on November 10. The expansion was originally supposed to arrive in September but was later delayed due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
