The Achieved Police Commissioner claimed she is “dumbfounded” by allegations that two of her officers shared “inappropriate” photographs of a double murder scene.
The bodies of sisters Bibaa Henry and Nicole Smallman were being located before this month at Fryent Gardens in Wembley.
The officers have been arrested on suspicion of misconduct in a public workplace and suspended from obligation.
Dame Cressida Dick mentioned she was appalled and disgusted non-official pics experienced been taken and shared.
‘Disgusting’
The Unbiased Office for Police Conduct (IOPC) explained the pictures ended up allegedly “shared with a little number of other folks”, introducing that the Met was “dealing with matters involving those associates of the general public who might have been given all those photos”.
Dame Cressida reported: “I never know all the details but if it is as it appears to be then it is surprising.
“It is disgusting and the entire of the Fulfilled would condemn what has occurred right here.
“If these officers’ steps have extra to the families’ unimaginable distress, then I apologise from the base of my coronary heart.”

Police earlier unveiled images of senior social employee Ms Henry, from Brent in north-west London, and photographer Ms Smallman dancing with fairy lights prior to they were being murdered.
Their last contact with friends and family was about 01:05, law enforcement mentioned.
