In December last year, Google Search in the US made it possible to ask a question about a celebrity and get an answer in the form of a video of that celebrity. Now famous musicians can use the space in Google search to inform their fans about everything they are working on such as new albums or news.

The first bus carrying the participating artists is Steve Aoki, Sia, Son Little, Sophie Tucker, Shakira and Kygo. Searching for any of these artists will bring up information like concert dates, photos, GIFs, news, and new music videos. News items look like Tweets and can be identified by a check mark as legitimate updates from the artist in question.

This way you can stay up to date with your favorite artist without having to follow them on social media, YouTube or anywhere else. You can now find all updates and information in one place in Google search.

Availability

Artists can be searched in Google Search in the Google app and in the browser on your smartphone. According to Google, all artists who can be found in Google search can now use this.
